More about me

In addition to being a Healthy Gourmet Personal Chef for many years I have been instrumental in encouraging others to exercise, eat healthy foods and be mindful of living life in balance.

Please ask to see my Resume, Life Mission Statement, Healthy Eating Philosophy and Meal Sample documents to give you further information on how I can support you in your quest for enjoying healthy and highly nutritious foods.
*****************
I got on the fitness bandwagon many years ago and haven’t stopped since. Over the years I have practiced: step aerobics, yoga, pilates, running, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, strength training, using cable machines, versa-climber, gauntlet, treadmill, jogging and walking in the mountains, on the streets and anywhere in nature. Yep, I'm a gym mouse. ;-)
******************
For many years I worked in a structured corporate world. Although I do enjoy the “business of business” I have transitioned from a work-a-day corporate robot to what I truly love, to what is my true passion, and that is to spread the joy of healthy gourmet eating. I am enthusiastic about this with a great passion to share my insight, enthusiasm and positive style about food and health and fitness with others. I stand as an example of a woman who is fit, happy, in perfect health, powerful and courageous. I have lived my life taking action toward this ideal. The key elements are:

Eat right, get exercise and live with a positive attitude of gratitude.

Health Tip of the Week

Wake up early, put your sneakers on and get out in the early morning air for a brisk walk for at least a half hour. Breath deeply, smile fully and don't forget to stretch!
